A defned sum is paid yearly to cover full board, educational<br>materials and uniform.<br>Building of Classrooms and Dormitories for students andteachers, funding of<br>desks and material requirements to enable the schools to provide a full<br>education and enable the students to pass the government exams.<br>Provision of agricultural animals, seeds & equipment to the schools to<br>enable pupils, parents & staf to grow food sustainably.<br>Provision of appropriately scaled infrastructure  (including water tanks,<br>solar panels and other equipment) for the local community to overcome<br>the dificulties of living in a remote region with minimal access to utilities.<br>Provision of agricultural animals, seeds & equipment to local people to<br>grow food sustainably.<br>Provision of medical funds to enable residents access to more complex<br>treatments.|

## Achievements and Performance 

|Summary of the main achievements<br>of the charity, identifying the<br>diference the charity's work has<br>made to the circumstances of its<br>benefciaries and any wider benefts<br>to society as a whole.|All support is discussed with the community leaders to ensure it fts in<br>with local customs and beliefs and, where possible, the aid provided is<br>to enable the receiver to build on that support and become self-<br>suficient.<br>Children in education last year (23/24) 346 and this year (24/25) 381<br>Medical funds disbursements were made (24/24) more than GBP 2000.<br>Two trustee led trips to visit the Nkuringo region and villages by charity<br>volunteers and supporters.<br>At other times in the year we use secure technologies to remain in<br>contact with the leaders of the community and tailor our support.<br>Number of calls & joint meetings more than 5 calls and numerous<br>correspondence by secure message services.<br>We continue to require full accountability for all gifts and donations.<br>Including; photos shared to social media & direct messages& materials to<br>donors.<br>Members of the Nkuringo community are aware of the work and support<br>ofered and donated by supporters of the charity.<br>We communicate with donors, supporters, volunteers and members of<br>the Nkuringo community through our website, regular newsletter -<br>online, in print and emailed to donors and members of the Nkuringo<br>residents community.|
