Trustees meetings are held monthly to review legal and financial strategy and financial performance but regular contact is maintained in between meetings to monitor the distribution of funds, cash‐ flows, legal procedures and governance issues.

E O Outreach is to provide support and assistance to the less privileged and needy families and to raise funds and awareness to help the community.
Objectives and Activities
To proactive, safeguard and promote the welfare of our beneficiaries. Prevent the risk of abuse or neglect and stop it from occurring.
Promote the wellbeing of beneficiaries and take their views, wishes, feelings and beliefs into account. Prevent the risk of above or neglect and stop it from occurring.
Financial Review
The trustees decided to plough back the reserves of the charity to enable it to provide more activities to the community and public in general.
