**Heaton Churches Together – Treasurer’s Report FY 2020-2021 April 1 2020 to March 31 2021**

## **Overall Summary**

This is a year when HCT does not run Heaton Festival and so we have few expenses.

Over this financial year there was a credit of £2,720.

There was a cost for final production the Art Project from the 2019 Festival, but there will be still a cost to come for installation (estimated <£1000) which has been delayed due to COVID, illness of our artist and the change of the parks organisation from the City Council to Urban Green which has added constraints to the installation

We also started to receive funding for the 2021 Festival (which has been deferred to 2022 due to COVID) totalling £3000. We have agreements in writing from each of these funders to defer the use of the grant to 2022, due the exceptional nature of the COVID pandemic

Overall summary FY2021

The Account started with a Balance of £7,529.32 and ended with a balance of £10,249.32
