## Managers AGM report Sept 2024- Aug 2025. 

This was the year of spending! 

We replaced 3 iPads, 2 laptops and a printer. 

Our project of the year was the outdoor space; we had 3 play sheds and 2 shops all undercover so that the children can play freely without getting wet. All of the pathways were re-barked. 

The equipment shed had an overhaul, 2 skips and lots of new storage boxes. Ange spent days re-organising the toys. She knows where everything is and everything has a place. 

Changes to staff. 

Michaela is back from maternity leave. 

4 staff left and we recruited 6. Rachel and Vic were taking on to support the SEN children. Tracy who is a level 3, will help support the other room leaders. Billie, Paige are unqualified assistants and Ange is the new house keeper. 

A big Thank you to the committee for their tireless support and the staff for being amazing as ever. A special Thank you to Ange who has worked so hard on getting the sheds organized.
