Activities

Raising Futures Kenya breaks cycles of poverty and inequality through quality education, skills training, and wellbeing support. Focusing on children and youth, especially girls, we help them gain skills, qualifications, and confidence for employment or entrepreneurship. We partner with a Kenyan NGO, who deliver free, community-led vocational training, business skills, and wellbeing programmes.

Objects: (I) To Develop The Capacity And Skills Of Socially And Economically Disadvantaged Children And Young People In Kenya In Such A Way That They Are Better Able To Identify And Help Meet Their Needs And To Participate More Fully In Society.(ii) The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty [Or Financial Hardship] Among Children And Young People In Kenya By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Education, Training, And All The Necessary Support Needed To Enable Individuals To Generate A Sustainable Income And Be Self-Sufficient.(iii) To Promote Sustainable Development For The Benefit Of The Public By:(a) The Relief Of Poverty And The Improvement Of The Conditions Of Life In Socially And Economically Disadvantaged Communities;(b) The Promotion Of Sustainable Means Of Achieving Economic Growth And Regeneration.sustainable Development Means Development Which Meets The Needs Of The Present Without Compromising The Ability Of Future Generations To Meet Their Own Needs.
