## Trustees Annual Report Year Ending April 2022 ## Street Scenes Charity number - 1181659 Flat 13, John Cartwright House 50 Old Bethnal Green Road London E2 6PZ Rebecca Anne Clarke Chair Phillida Cheetham Trustee Alice Freedman Trustee Structure and details of management, including recruitment of trustees Management of charity affairs carried out by key volunteers (Head volunteer Matthew Linares) and supported and overseen by the board. This has involved organising street events, documenting them for online audiences and reaching out to partners and community groups. Board trustees are still in tenure, as such no new recruitment of trustees has been required. ## Activities and objectives in the year We continued running events in our typical fashion, enlisting and training new volunteers and testing new activities as we did so. We also began designing new models, alongside partner organisations to trial paid organisers to help drive more events organising. Achievements and performance, including reports on its public benefit Street Scenes ran regular events in locations throughout London and also in Bristol, shared via newsletter, Facebook, Instagram and word of mouth. We received a great many words of support and encouragement from members of the public, some of whom went on to become volunteers. ## Financial review There has been a very small stream of income from supporters of Street Scenes through our Patreon fundraising page. Annual accounts have been completed and reviewed by the board.
