**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF OSGODBY AND NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR:(A) MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND(B) OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Organise fundraising events  with all money raised being used to finance the running and maintenance of Osgodby Village Institute.  Organise social events for the inclusion of all age groups for the benefit of residents in Barlby & Osgodby Parish, and surrounding communities.  This is acheived through the maintenance  and upkeep a local facility  for the use by local communities.
