Respective responsibilities of Trustees and examiner
The charity's trustees are wnsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charivs
trustees consider that an audit is rK)t requiwl for this year under section 144 of the Charlties
Att 2011 (the Charities Att) and that an I￿Pendent examination is needed.
It is my ￿spOnsIbIlity to:
examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charitie5 Act,
to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity
Commission (under settion 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act, and

Basls of independent examinerfs report
My examination was carried out in accordan￿ with general DireLtions given by the Charlty

and a comparison of the accounts presented wtth those records. It also includes
consideratlon of any unusual items or disclosures In the accounts, and seeking explanations
from the trustees conceming any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide
all the e￿den￿ that would required in an audtL and consequenuy opinion is given as
to whether the accounts present a *rue arKI fairf view and the ￿port is Ilmtted to tho
matters *t out in the statement below.
Independent examinerfs statement
In connectlon w￿h my examlnation, no material matter5 have Ccime to my attention which
gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
accounting records were not kept in accordan￿ with section 130 of the tharfties Act or
the accounts do not accord with the aca)unting records
I have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attentlon
should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
