In shaping our objectives for the followirmj year and t4anning our activtties, the Trustees
have Consider￿ the Charity Commission's guidan￿ on public benefft and this is regularly r

I Continue to expand our memlErshipi with an emphasis upx)n sup￿rtIr0 members
most susceptible to being socially isolat&.
2 Increase our range of activities to support a wlder rarKJe of wtential members and the
Iixal community.
3 Q)ntinue to establish new revenue streamslfundingfv to build u￿n our exlsting stable
financial base.
Achievements and Perforniance
The objectlves we set for 2023 focused on ensuring our shed continued to provide a
welcoming and friendly environment for men to get together with an expanding membership.
There was a need both to increase the fl￿r area but also to ensure greater tlexibS11ty in how
the space was used. With the expansion in membership there was seen to be a need to also
expand the involvement of the members In the runnlng of the shed and finally we were keen
to develop new revenue streams for the continued finanaal stability of our shed.

New w0￿$1￿p
In the first quarter of the year we ￿pU￿)oSed a further section of the building to add more

A number of new work benches were made uslng r￿ material from an old warehouse
being demolished
Proiocts
Similarly to previous yearfs village noti￿ tK)ards, village planters, a mud kitchen, several
