The**<br>**building is fully furnished and tailored**<br>**specifically for children and young**<br>**people with special needs and is**<br>**used for educational activities during**<br>**term time. The area includes a large**<br>**commercial-size polytunnel,( opened**<br>**during accounting period 2023 – 24.) The**<br>**polytunnel has been upgraded this year**<br>**with connection to utilities including**<br>**heating and air conditioning and is now**<br>**in full use for horticultural activities. All**<br>**Learning Hub facilities are contained**<br>**within a separate secure area of the**<br>**Perkisound site and are booked**<br>**separately from the main Perkisound**<br>**music and recreation facilities.**|

Visitor numbers**<br>**have increased from last year by around**<br>**30%. The centre is regularly used by SE**<br>**for this period were 4,890 N schools,**<br>**children’s respite services, adult**<br>**residential facilities, and disability**<br>**community groups, as well as families**<br>**and carers caring for an autistic child or**<br>**young person. Visitor numbers for this**<br>**period were 4,890 and all visitors have**<br>**additional needs, the most prevalent**<br>**being autistic spectrum conditions.**<br>**Perkisound has continued to offer bi**<br>**weekly baby/preschool music stay-and-**<br>**play groups during term time and has**<br>**expanded the service by offering holiday**<br>**sessions to include siblings.**|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **DD / MM / YYYY** . 

As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out  under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
