South Northanls Youth Engagement ISNYEI has recorded another productive year ol operation in
providing an essential youth service lo local young people. The Charity has effectively managed ils

confidence for future Dperalion through a sigr>ific8nt grant awarded ?1 the end of this period.
SNYE achieved success in our strategic aims, parbcularly through developing new partnerships,
securing e￿Sen*la1 financ¢- and expanding our tcam. Our two Youth Engagement 81eering groups..
Brackley IBYEI and Towcester ITYEI continued to provide a forum for partnership working with other
youth provision and services. Our yQL*lhwork maintained ils focus on our existing youth clubs, holiday
programmes and ?clivity days and this year we opened a second youth dub in Towcesler, picked up
several enquiries for youth provision". and conlr8cled youth work delivery with a new provider. We
also brought groups of young people together for our first Youth Council meetings in both towns.
SNYE runs IM youth clubs in BraGkley, one at the Leisure Centre for ages 11-15 and one at
Soulhfields School forjunioTS age 9-10. In Towcester. we started our first youth club last ye8r at the
