## **Future Plans 2022-Onwards**
- Stronger focus on sport
- More robust funding campaign
- Create a financial package to sustain a staffing infrastructure
- • Develop a TIMC festival legacy model
- Start a 5k run series in partnership with Birchfield Harriers
- Focus on foundation status for Alexander Stadium
- Form a sustainable and successful Birmingham festival through the TIMC scheme to income generate and sustain the scheme past the lifetime of funding.
- Become a locally & nationally recognized organization
- Achieve recognition as the foundation charity of Alexander Stadium
- Improving financial and organisational resilience through a strong fund-raising strategy
- Form a solid partnership with Birmingham City University and other key stakeholders
# **Proposal re Foundation Charity for Alexander Stadium Mark Jeffreys**
- Panikos Panayiotou will no longer be the relationship manager to the charity but will continue to support where possible and through his team.
- Non attendees of the board to be taken off register
- • 4 meetings per year dates to be agreed post AGM with board
- We need to actively seek more female representation on the board
- We need to actively seek more key stakeholder representation on the board.
