**Activities:** We are an all inclusive and diverse centre that is used by various groups whose members include an older generation of people who attend to socialise, keep active and combat loneliness. We deliver coaching to women, girls and young children to get them involved in sports and keep fit and healthy.  We also support disabled people in accessing the facility including wheelchair user.
