**Objects:** A) TO RELEIVE SICKNESS AND INJURY AND TO PROTECT HUMAN LIFE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCULSIVE BY THE PROVISION OF EMERGENCY COMMUNITY FIRST RESPONDER SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY OF KNOWLE, SOLIHULL AND SURROUNDING AREA. THUS ASSISTING THE WORK OF WEST MIDLANDS AMBULANCE SERVICE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST (WMAS).B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF BASIC LIFE SUPPORT WITH USE OF PUBLIC AUTOMMATED EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATORS (AED)

**Activities:** Fund local community responders within the local community, of Knowle, Solihull and surrounding areas. Provide free life saving skills training within the local and surrounding areas to all members of the community. This also includes training members of the public with the skills to respond within the community with the use of a AED in cases of cardiac arrest.
