charity’s work has made to
the circumstances of its

Para 1.20 The Club remains involved with various
local foodbanks and other groups
assisting needy families in the area.
Whilst responding to individual charity
requests, the Club has also continued to
monitor the situation in the local
community and identify specific needs
as they become apparent. Whilst much
of the assistance given is financial,
other forms of help are sometimes given
and an example of this can be found in
our Christmas fundraising activities.
Manning a local Christmas grotto not
only raised funds but also gave local
families a brief much needed period of
enjoyment. “Zoom” sessions with
Father Christmas were also provided
(not as part of the fundraising) for
young cancer sufferers.
