Sales of our “My End-of-Life**<br>**Plans” workbook have been steady. We**<br>**attended an open day at the local**<br>**crematorium in July 2024 where the charity**<br>**had a stand. Feedback was very positive.**<br>**We ran a staff briefing at a local GP surgery**<br>**in Beaconsfield to encourage discussions**<br>**with patients about end-of-life planning. We**<br>**also met with one of the GP partners of the**<br>**practice to look at ways we could pilot**<br>**advanced care planning amongst the**<br>**Practice’s patients.**<br>**The charity has also liaised with a separate**<br>**project “In My Own Bed Please” (IMOBP),**<br>**with similar objectives.  The charity has**<br>**agreed to work with IMOBP to revise and**<br>**reprint their literature and forge closer**<br>**alliances.**|
