Achievements an d Pe r fo r mance an d futu r e plans

We have continued to deliver support throughout 2020. With the Coronavirus pandemic and subsequent national lockdowns, we had to change our operating model. Essential food support services such as Food bank and rB ead and Butter continued with appropriate measures in place. We moved other services online including our cofee mornings – renaming Places of Welcome as Spaces of Welcome. We beneftted rf om Covid response funding

to p rovide people with a dditional activities including cooking challenges, family flm nights and opportunities to learn new skills. Face to face b reakfast clubs were t ransformed into Breakfast at Home Packs and these were delivered across Wythenshawe by volunteers. We received funding to meet the extra costs of being Covid-secure and ensuring everyone is as safe as possible. Our communities a re at the heart of our objectives and so activities will be reviewed and re-shaped in light of our experiences of living through the Pandemic Securing funding for the community development work post is a continued rp iority and rt ustees should review the Constution and membership during the coming year

Financial R eview A separate T reasurer’s report is p rovide

In accordance with our reserves policy we continue to hold 3 months operating costs in reserves alongside funds to meet our statutory obligations to our worker in the event of closure
