Members of MOMS activety support and Part￿1pate in all events hosted by the Diocese.
Youth Movomont
Regular youth group meetings were conducted after Hoty Qurbana. Youth members actively supported
all church aciivities.
The season of a ftJotb311 leagu8 named YFL hosted by th& youth team on 25th August 2024,
with church teams participating from auoss the UK. The tournan￿nI was conducted at Kettering
Buccleuch Academy, Weekley Glebe Rd, Ketterlng NN16 9NS.

Regular prayer meetings were conducted by Ghurch85' three prayer groups as below. Those meetings
offered an intimate platform for families to come together in prayer, rella¢t upon scripture and support
on another in failh,

St. Gregorios prayer group for families outside Leicestershire

Feast of SL Georgo
The Feast of St George wa8 celebrated on 3rf & 4th May 2024.
On 3rd MBY, evenlng prayer was held at Ihe church. followed ty a devotional speèch.
On 4th May, Holy Qu￿ana w85 led by Rev. Fr. Joseph IL John and 8ssi8tsd by Rev. Fr. Josen John.
The haNe$t festival and Perunal Nercha were iJ)nducted for all devotees after Holy Qurbana.

A BBQ and Sports Day was held on 22Th1 June al Glenfidd Memorial Hall, 35 Stamford Street, Glonfield,
Leicester LE3 80L, providing all members wilh an opportunity to soGialiE8 and participats In various
sports acllvitie8.
Food FMtlval
Our Christian values call us to support others in times of need. Upholding this core principle, the MOMS
team organvLed Food Foslivals on the 111 01 June 2024 and the 5th of October 2024, during which
variety of foad iterns were sold. The proceedlngs of the evenis would be used as 8 80urce for Gharity
projects.
Onom
The tradlllonal South Ind18n festival of Onam was cdebrated on the 21 * of September. After the Hoty
Qurbana, attendees were served a delicious Onam Sadhya. A muslc festival session was 8180
conducted for the guests coordinated by the youth wembers.
Metropolitan V181t
The Dioc85e Metropolitan H.G. Abraham Mar Stephanos Metropjitan visited the church on Slh October
2024. Th@ Holy Qurbana was led by H.G. Abraham M8r Stephanos Metropolitan and assisted by Rev.
Fr. Josen John.
Foast of St. Grngorfos
The Feast of St. Gregorios was held on the 2￿j of Nov&mber 2024. Rev. Fr. Josen John IVIGarl led th8
Sunday Holy Qurbana folk)wed by the Perunnal feast and special refreshments.

Our church hosted the 3rf season of choir signing Compeb"t￿n Mesthooso (The Banquet) with 20
participating church choir teams from across the UK. H.G. Abraham Mar Slephanos (Diocese
Melropolitanl & Rl Reve￿nd Saju Muthalaly {Bishop of Loughborough. COEI attended the event as
key dignitaries.
The event was held on 3trh of November 2024 {Saturday) at Judgemeadow Community College.

Church carol vlsited homes of Church member5 resid8nc8s in tha month of December 2024. The Carol
vislts were coordinated by all the relevant prayer groups.

Padsh day celebration$ were conducted on 11th of January 2025 al Whetstone Memorial Hall High
