Section D Achievements and performance
Built links with local schools to make them aware of the Trust and Summary of the main encourage them to use the Trust for awards for appropriate pupils achievements of the charity during the year Made 3 initial awards totalling £238 for applicants whose needs and requests were in line with assessment criteria An article appeared in the local newspaper to publicise the first award made. Overall, progress was hampered by COVID – particularly given the significant implications for school operations.

Reserves are held in Charity Bank account. Due to the relatively small size of funds these reserves are held in cash and no growth investment is targeted. If appropriate at a later stage this approach will be reconsidered

The company was entitled to exemption from audit under s477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
