**Objects:** TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN OUTDOOR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES THAT THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.THE CHARITY WILL HELP YOUNG PEOPLE 12 - 18 FROM ENGLAND AND WALES.

**Activities:** Provide financial grants to help and support young people (12 to 18 years) from England and Wales, that could not otherwise afford to participate in outdoor learning and leisure activities. Examples include the Duke of Edinburgh Awards, Outward Bounds courses and other outdoor activities, in support of their personal development.
