**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEATH OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES: SENSORY IMPAIRMENTS (PHYSICAL / MOTOR, LEARNING / COGNITIVE, EMOTIONAL AND INTELLECTUAL).NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].

**Activities:** We are a small charity that support children and young people with disabilities.  We provide grants/funding for specialist equipment. We have provided children/young people with food and care packages during the pandemic. We have also donated bikes/scooter to some of our beneficiaries.Our new project, thanks to the emergency national lottery fund is to hire sensory toys free of charge.
