1. Accounting Policies

a) The accounts have been prepared in sterling under the historical cost convention and in accordance with “Accounting & Reporting by Charities” SORP 2015.

b) Voluntary income is received by way of donations and gifts and is included in full in the Statement of Financial Activities when received. c) Donations arising under Gift Aid together with the tax recoverable thereon are accounted for when received and provision made for any tax unclaimed at the year end.

d) Expenditure is taken into account when grants are made.

There are no tangible fixed assets.

e) Donations are generally unrestricted and subsequently designated by the Trustees to the various purposes in line with the objectives of the Trust.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/03/2024 .

Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
