**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE PERFORMING ART OF OPERA, IN PARTICULAR BY:1 ESTABLISHING A COMPANY TO CREATE AND PERFORM NEW WORKS OF OPERA AND ESTABLISH THOSE WORKS WITHIN THE BROADER OPERATIC REPERTOIRE; AND2 ENCOURAGING THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE PUBLIC IN PRODUCTIONS THROUGH DIRECT PARTICIPATION, EDUCATION PROJECTS, AND SIMILAR INITIATIVES.

**Activities:** We create and perform new works of opera to a high standard for the benefit of the public and for the promotion of art, seek to establish these new works within the broader operatic repertoire, and advance education in the field of opera, by encouraging the involvement of the public in our productions through direct participation, education projects, and similar initiatives.
