EFN has a very diverse membership and works in areas (environment and its intersection with social and health issues) with many potential funders to approach. It has good relationships with existing funders and a broad range of funders to approach for bot h membership contributions and grants. We have a fundraising plan in place and regular fundraising meetings. |
| Environmental issues heightening leads to more pressure on the sector |
As demand for our services rises, hopefully so too does membership income, enabling us to meet them. Our strength as a network organisation may be for members to help each other manage the effects of environmental issues on their organisations. |

The recent speed and scale of changes means it is hard to understand what the impacts might be or actions we might take. The staff & trustees are prioritising this as an issue and looking to support the sector and our members on it - we are considering se tting up a ' ’political and social context’ funder interest group to look at these issues collectively. |
