The Nepall Chiklren's Trust Assodatlon Ilhe Assoclatton") wa5 fomied In 2(KJS. In December
2018 the Nepall Chlldren's Trust ao 1.the Tfust") was fornied to be the successor body to
the As5(K13tion and effective from the 31 Marth 2019 the whole buslne5s, undertaking and
assets of the A5s0aation were trnnsferred to the Tn￿ when the Assodatlon ceased to carry
on business. For all purposes the Tn￿ has been the gKcessor chartty to the associatton as
from 31 March 2019.

sufficlent evidence that a grft ha5 been left to them (through knowledge of the

that the property in question will not be requlred to satlsfy dalms In the estate.
Receipts of a legacy must be retognlsed when It Is probable that It wlll be recelved
and the falr value of the amount reofvable, wthlch will generalty be the experted
