**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:1) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN COTSWOLD DISTRICT AND TEWKESBURY BOROUGHAREAS BY PROVIDING: GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OROTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.2) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN OTHER AREAS OF THE UK BY WORKING COOPERATIVELYWITH OTHER FOODBANK CHARITIES TO DONATE OR RECEIVE SURPLUS FOOD STOCK WHERE THERE ARESHORTAGES, OR IN CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE SURPLUS STOCK WOULD OTHERWISE BECOME OUT OF DATEAND UNUSABLE.
