We have continued to provide sessions including those specifically for people with learning difficulties as well as family sessions. We have also been able to provide some talks on mental health. We continue to promote the health and physical and mental well-being of members and potentially the public in Stockbridge Village and the wider community. We have also started womens only fitness and boxing groups as well as parent and children sessions on a Saturday morning.

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year

We have continued to provide quality coaching and training and promote the club focussing on the mental and physical health and well being of participants and members. This has been particularly important to our members and the wider community during this difficult period.

Our membership has continued to grow and we now have a full subscription of members that we can safely accommodate and a waiting list of hopeful new members.
