Para 1.20	The post Covid-19 period has been extremely difficult for Beza Foundation in terms of raising fund. This financial year like the previous year have proven to be challenging across all our activities and plans. Although we still our volunteers willing to support our vision, we are looking into making a restructuring our main activities to suit better the current situation and be able to raise more funds for the charity. Most of the schools where our beneficiaries attended before COVID-19, struggled to reopen after the the pandemic ended. The charity also had great difficulties in trying to raise funds after the pandemic. However, We have kept in touch with Schools and our beneficiaries to ensure our support can resume when the situation comes back to normality. Our objectives remain the same at the moment but we are looking into a possibility of restructuring our activities with new changes due to be **implemented during the year 2023. **

Achievements against objectives set	Para 1.41	Our set target was to be able to increase our support to 20 orphans in each country for each consecutive year but due to Covid 19, we have not been able to achieve this target. We hope that the post Covid period will help us to consolidate our work and put in place new strategies for the restructuring plan which is set to begin this financial year to allow the charity to recover quickly from setback.

Financial Review
Review of the charity’s financial position at the end of the period	Para 1.21	During the last couple of years, the charity’s financial situation has been relying on small and individual donations from volunteers. This particular financial year has seen more challenges in terms of raising fund, therefore the needs for putting in place a restructuring for new strategy so that the charity can be able to raise enough **fund to achieve its targets. **

Due to COVID-19 we have seen all our applications for a charity bank account declined after having waited for several months. We are hoping that we will be able to secure a charity bank account over the course of this financial year.
