charity’s work has made to

whole.
Para 1.20 The post Covid-19 period has been
extremely difficult for Beza Foundation
in terms of raising fund. This financial
year like the previous year have proven
to be challenging across all our
activities and plans. Although we still
our volunteers willing to support our
vision, we are looking into making a
restructuring our main activities to suit
better the current situation and be able
to raise more funds for the charity. Most
of the schools where our beneficiaries
attended before COVID-19, struggled to
reopen after the the pandemic ended.
The charity also had great difficulties in
trying to raise funds after the pandemic.
However, We have kept in touch with
Schools and our beneficiaries to ensure
our support can resume when the
situation comes back to normality. Our
objectives remain the same at the
moment but we are looking into a
possibility of restructuring our activities
with new changes due to be
**implemented during the year 2023. **

consolidate our work and put in place
new strategies for the restructuring plan

relying on small and individual

particular financial year has seen more
challenges in terms of raising fund,

a restructuring for new strategy so that
the charity can be able to raise enough
**fund to achieve its targets. **
Statement explaining the
policy for holding reserves
stating why they are held
Para 1.22 We have drawn a policy for keeping any
reserve for the purpose of our work and

drawn and agreed the reserve is directly
**sent to the beneficiaries. **

uncertainties about the
charity continuing as a going
concern
Para 1.23 One of the biggest challenges we have
been facing since the beginning is the
fact that we have not been able to have
a high street bank account for the
charity. Due to COVID-19 we have seen
all our applications for a charity bank
account declined after having waited for
several months. We are hoping that we
will be able to secure a charity bank
account over the course of this financial
year.

We have not been able to achieve our
set targets because of the challenges
associated with COVID-19. The post
