Acomprehensive Processto overhaul how we accept and di5trlbute brand donatloftsto projects was undertaken
by th* team. In collaboration with some of our volunteer Project Coordinator$, we devlsed and ttsted a new
Proce￿ lo ensure falrer distrlbutlon with more rigorou5 risk mana8ement.
The work of Partnefship M?na8ers IPMS). team members responsible for a cohort of prolerts, was restructured
to oivq them oversl8hl of a grovp of prtslects at a similar stage of development. This has enabled Pms focused
on relevant, 5trurtured 5UPPQrt to enable projects to move to the next sts8e of development. For in5tsnce. new
proiects are 8fvEn a slimmed down Induction containing the most relevant informatlon to enablÈ them to get
up ¥nd nJnnin& more established projects rniBht reeelve greatersupport In their fundraising and l¢xal mafketing
artivities. Pms are rneetlng virtually with projects on a regular basts and are out and about V15itlng projects on
the ground. Thi5 relatlonship-led approach 15 desi8ned to gi¥e volunteers higher quolity support. We piloted
some new initiatives 38alllSt the same objective, includin8 trialing a new digital ID card, giving volunteers a new
wa¥ of a¢￿ssIn8 koy notrfications and the web5r(e. as well as belng able to identify themselves easlly to CPS and
drop off points and 5implify4ng the volunteer sign up process, ensuring that we only obtaln and hold data that 15
absolutely necÈs5ary.

In October 2022. The Hygiene Bank ITH81 pub115hed ground-breakin8 research to benchmark the hHlden crlsls
ol hygiene poverty in the UK. The report explored the incidence of hygiene poverty and hl8hli8hted the volces
ol those experiencin8 It. In May 2024. THB expanded on those findings to deepen our undtr5tsndin8 of how
hyglene povetty affects indsvidyals and farnille5 across the country.

reported that. in the past 12 rnonths, they have had to choose between buylng hyglene products for themselves

equitable access to basic hygiene e55entials for everyoTre. on￿ by breaklng down the barrlers to support and
