REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES
The Trustees have pleasure in presenting their annual report and accounts for the period ended 31 December 2021.
1 Objectives and activities
To advance the Christian faith for the benefit of the public in accordance with the statement of faith appearing in appendix 1 of the constitution in such ways and such parts of the United Kingdon or the World as the Trustees from time to time may think fit. To undertake such other charitable purposes as shall, in the opinion of the Trustees, further the work of the Church.
2 Review of the period
The Church has services every Sunday together, with children's ministry bible classes and regular prayer meetings. During the period, the Church has also been able to share its ministry online.
3 Public benefit
The trustees have considered the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit when reviewing the work of the charity and our future activities.
4 Structure, governance and management
The Church was registered with the Charity Commission on 19 December 2018, number 1181264, and is constituted as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation.
The Trustees who acted during the period were:

5 Financial review
Total income in the period was £6,406, and total expenses were £10,140 giving a net deficit of £3,734 for the period.
6 Reserves policy
At the period end the Charity held general reserves of £1,220. The Charity seeks to retain reserves when possible but not to the detriment of the work of the Charity.
7 Risk management
The Trustees have examined the major strategic, business and operational risks which the Church faces and confirm that systems have been established to enable regular reports to be produced so that the necessary steps can be taken to minimise exposure to these risks.

CHARTERED CERTIFIED ACCOUNTANTS' REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE UNAUDITED STATUTORY FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF VIVOSTREAM FAMILY CHURCH FOR THE PERIOD ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2021
In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Charities Act 2011, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of Vivostream Family Church for the period ended 31 December 2021, which comprise the receipts and payments account, the statement of assets and liabilities and the related notes from the charity’s accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.
As a practising member firm of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed at https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/member/ standards/rules-and-standards/rulebook.html.
This report is made to the charity's Trustees, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated 5 August 2019 Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the financial statements of Vivostream Family Church and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the charity's Trustees, as a body, in this report in accordance with the requirements of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as detailed at https://www.accaglobal.com/content/ dam/ACCA_Global/Technical/ fact/technicalfactsheet-163.pdf. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than Vivostream Family Church and the charity's Trustees as a body, for our work or for this report.
It is your duty to ensure that Vivostream Family Church has kept adequate accounting records and to prepare statutory financial statements that give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and deficit of Vivostream Family Church. You consider that Vivostream Family Church is exempt from the statutory audit requirement for the period, and is not required to obtain an independent examiner's report.
We have not been instructed to carry out an audit or a review of the financial statements of Vivostream Family Church. For this reason, we have not verified the accuracy or completeness of the accounting records or information and explanations you have given to us and we do not, therefore, express any opinion on the statutory financial statements.

NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
1 Accounting Policies
The Financial Statements have been prepared on a receipts and payments basis in accordance with Section 133 of the Charities Act 2011.
2 Donations
Donations are recognised when received by or on behalf of the Trust.
3 Expenditure
Expenditure is recognised in the period in which it is incurred and allocated to the appropriate category.
4 Funds
The Church operates a General Fund for the day to day activities which incorporates small donated gifts.
