P￿a 121
During the year the charity rèceivèd a
record amount of donations which.
together with brought forward reserves
enabled it to mèot its objectivos by
holdlng events and fundlng all
equipment requests that mel our
crlterla. At the year end. our
unrestricted fvnds were close to the
minimum required under our reserves
policy which has meant the charity has
taken the difficult decision that future
funding of equipment will have to bo
dependent on the amount of donatlons
received in the futuTr.
Over the period, we have been fortunate
to recelve a total of £45,241 (2024:
£34.212) in donations and speclflc
fundlng for trlkeslblkeslbuggies and
accessories, and from the Three Oaks
T￿￿t who fund small items. Through a
lot of targeted appeals by our
admlnlstrator, we have gained a
substantlal Incr•asg on the previous
year. The r05t of the donations were
recolved from a variety of Charllabla
Trusts and Foundations. including
through the efforts of our pn)fessional
fundralser.
Total Income for th1$ p•riod was £46.078

The remaining funds were spent
on:
SCAMPPS events £2,393
12024:£1.531). We have
found some ways to keep
our costs down this year
We have spent a bit more
because of having been
glven money specifically

## **Responsibilities and basis of report**

As the charity trustees of the Charity, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (‘the Act’).

I report in respect of my examination of the Charities’ accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under s. 145(5)(b) of the Act.

## **Independent examiner’s statement**

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

1. accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of the Act; or

2. the accounts do not accord with those records.

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
