**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF RESIDENTS AND VISITORS TO NORTH SHIELDS, BY PROMOTING AWARENESS, PRESERVATION, INTERPRETATION, ACCESSIBILITY AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE CULTURAL HISTORY AND HERITAGE OF NORTH SHIELDS, WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SCHOOLS AND OTHER SUITABLE ORGANISATIONS, BY THE PROVISION OF RESOURCES & FACILITIES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE USE OF APPROPRIATE TECHNOLOGIES & MEDIA IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS.

**Activities:** Researching the history of the people who lived and/or worked in the area know as 'Low Town' on the North Shields Fish Quay between 1850-1980. Bringing to life those histories through Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and Immersive Binaural Sound Experience.
