**Activities:** a) the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation, by the provision and maintenance of facilities for water sports with a particular emphasis on amateur sailboat racing and cruising;b) ) the provision of safe facilities for teaching and practicing the skills of sailing dinghies, yachts and boats under power.
