I report in respect of my examination of the charity’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act. ## **Independent examiner’s statement** I have completed my examination. The accounts have been prepared on the receipts and payments basis and in accordance with guidance issued by the Charity Commission. 2. During the year ending 2025 the following trustees received remuneration: - Neil Cottey (Treasurer) - £800 paid for bookkeeping (2024: £930). - Dean Yarde (Trustee) - £9,640 paid for coaching (2024: £2,440). - These payments are permitted by the governing document of the charity. 3. The funds of the charity are as noted on the receipts and payments accounts, with £nil restricted funds carried forward as at 30 June 2025 (2024: £Nil). Within unrestricted funds there is £Nil of designated funds (2024: £Nil). 4. The Trustees confirm, in accordance with the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (General) Regulations 2012, that at year end the CIO did not have any outstanding guarantees to third parties nor any debts secured on assets of the CIO.
