The charity has mad¢ ov¢r one hundred and sixty thollsand pounds available for use by local organi5ations aT
gTOUPS in South Woodham Ferrers as well as cotnjnunity projects such as a deftbnllator on the slation. b¢n¢hes on
the sea wall 8nd the provLSIOD of lap-top ¢omputer$ to ail seven sctrM)ols in the area for use by 5th]dents duting
lockdown.

The charity constitutes a public benefit entity as defined by FRS 102. The firiancial ststements have been prepared
in accordance with Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to
charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial ReportiTr8 Standard applicable in the UK and
Republic Df Ireland IFRS 1021 issued on 16 July 2014 las updated through Update Bulletin I published on 2 February
20161, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the United Kingdorn and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021. the
