**Objects:** TO FURTHER THE EFFICIENCY OF THE RESERVE FORCES OF THE CROWN FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY:1.ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THEIR PERSONNEL BOTH SERVING AND RETIRED;2.PROMOTING INTEREST AND MORALE IN THE RESERVE FORCES OF THE CROWN AND RECRUITMENT TO THEM;3.PROMOTING THE RESERVE FORCES OF THE UNITED KINGDOM WITHIN THE NORTH ATLANTIC TREATY ORGANISATION (NATO), THE BRITISH COMMONWEALTH AND OTHER INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENTS, BY UNDERTAKING THE INTERCHANGE OF IDEAS AND GOOD PRACTICE WITH THE RESERVE FORCES OF ALLIED NATIONS THROUGH INVOLVEMENT IN SUCH MILITARY COMPETITIONS AND TRAINING EXERCISES AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES DECIDE.

**Activities:** UKRFA provides financial support to enable UK serving Reservists to participate in international reservist activities both within NATO and wider across the world. Support is available to Reserve Officers, Reserve Medical Officers, and Reserve Non Commissioned Officers. Activities supported include Education and Training, which enhance the utility and employability of Reservists in civilian life.
