activities which act as a resource for young
people up to the age of 18 living in Hull and the
East Riding of Yorkshire by providing advice
and assistance and the organizing of

who have need by reason of their
youth, age, infirmity or disability,
poverty or social and economic
circumstances with a view to improving

Nothing in this constitution shall authorise an
application of the property of the CIO for the
purposes which are not charitable in
accordance with section 7 of the charities and
trustee investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and
Section 2 of the charities act (Northern Ireland)

1.19|City Stars Foundation is a small, registered
charity that aims to use childrens interest in
football and sports in general , mixed with their
own notoriety from being former sports stars, to
inspire and motivate children to be fitter,
healthier, and stronger and to help them raise
their expectations so that, working with schools,
we can prevent or reverse some of the many
problems children living in Hull face.
We offer bespoke programmes which are
innovative and engaging and support the wider
educational development of children.|

disabilities can try a wide range of sports, learn
about the fundamental skills and rules required
within different sports and develop their skills

Covid-19. Our main achievement is that we are
still operating in a time when many small

the pandemic.
