For the benefit of the public to relieve the suffering of domestic
species of rodents and rabbits in need of care and attention
and,
in particular, to provide and maintain rescue homes or other
facilities for the reception, care and treatment of such animals
We have taken in various animals from members of the public
who have needed to rehome their animals due to reasons such
as moving home, allergies or work commitments.
Trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the

charity’s policy on reserves We aim to keep a reserve of £3000 in unrestricted funds to
ensure we have enough to cover the costs of caring for any
current animals and if our funds dip below we would cease to
allow any new animals to come under our care until funds are
above £3000 again

I report to the tnjstees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 31 03 2024
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you ar8 responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordanGe the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
("the Act").
I report in resp8Ct of my examinats'on of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicab DirectK)ns given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(bl of the Act.
Independent he charity's gross income exceed8d £250,000 and l am qualified lo
examlner's statement undertake the examination by being a qualified member of {insert namè of

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come lo my attention in connection with the examination (other than that
disclosed below.) which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect..
the accounting CordS were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charities Act; or
the accounts did not accord wilh the accounting records., or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
conceming the fom and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view whith is not a matter
conshdered as part of an independent examination.
