commrtted to enable as many p8opI8 as
possible to develop p8rsonally, support the
)mmunty through promoting cohesion,
personal well-being and supporting their
famil￿$ holistscally. To allow as many
members of the community as possible to
worship togelher and build a sense of
communty.

Projects are aimed at inviting exwrienced
people in their field of eX￿rtISe to help
develop and train individuals in areas of race
and equalty, V￿11-being and weffare. We
have been atAe to hold events in the
mmunty centre to foster stronger
relationship wrth our community. The events
indude a communty Mother's Day and
Fatherfs Day. including give aways, food and
fellowship. We havè a youth summer
wogram arKI family activities in the park. We
continue to run wellbeing workshops for men
and lady's empowement event that has
been widely advertise to our communty. W•
are seeing attendanc8 rise by 10% this year
and good attendance from Ihe local
communty to our famity outreach park
events for the communty to approximately
800 peOp￿e . We have continued to build a
ood relationship wrth the communty,
mission groups, ￿MMUnty centre group$
and commrltee armd rts stsff. We are
supporbng and creats'ng events that are of
shared interest btheen groups in the area

ev0￿ed this year and engages the support
of the Cty Missions. We continue to work in
partnership with all those mentioned in the
communty so we can reach more people in
the community wrth our mission. We
continue lo develop relationships with
London Cty Missions, Evangelical Alliance
and Churches logether to also ensure we
can meet the needs of ihe community. This
all helps us to have a greater reach to our
communty. We continue to delwer online
teaching events, and this has also continué
to prove a worthwhile and productivé way of
engaging members, those who are shut in or
unwell and need care at home.
When planning our activrf(ies for the year. the
Pastor, Trustees and leaders of the New Arc
Mini$trw have considered the
Commission's guidance on public ben8fft
and the guidance on charits'es for the
advancement of religion. We support all
those in the Community that seek our
sep4ices in prayer, bib￿ study. or fellowship
at our communty evenls and activities as
mentioned. Our online bible studies and
training have been made available to Ihe
public by publicly posting the event detsils
on social media and we have seen really
good support and poS￿"¥e comments as
result.

Achievements and Perforniance
The Ne4¥ Arc Ministries continue to offer
range of serrfices with improving attendancel
greatly surprised to see attendan￿. Working
wrth oth8r community organisalions lo share
good practice and skills. Our Christmas
Communty Outreach event was an extreme
success wth over 85 people in attendance.
Many have cornmented on how much they
have leamed from our programs, and wé
continue to be responsive lo the needs of
our communty. We run our Alpha groups
and have attendances from 10 and above
weekty. All our events have seen positive
comments from the community at large. Our
regular seNices are open to all, and each
week VR gel visitors from Ihe area who gNe
very pwtsve feedback.

If the number falls below this minimum, the
remaining trustee or trustees may act only to
call a meeting of the charity trustees and
appoint a new charty trustee
Trustees will be elected at an annual general
meeting and serve a tem of 2 years.

te￿8. Trustee posts will be subject to
election every 2 years. If there are
insufficient candidates lo set-up a truslee
commrttee, the maximum tsyo term rule can
be waived.
