CFB continues to be a rnernber of the Foodbank Nelwork run by the Salisbury based Trussell Trust. In

The leasè on the Chesham propety expi¥ed on 31 Juty 2019 and 8 verbal agreement was mad8
the then Foodbank Coordinator, Dav• Wory>ll, and tho landbrd that tho tsrrtsngcrncnts could
continue until 31 Juty 2024 on the sarne terns and ￿ndrt￿)s. CF8 is currenuy in negotiation with the
landlord for a new lease. We have been g￿n an indution that the landlord is supportive of CFB
eontlnulng to uso the premisès and we eyp8Ct those nagotiations to b8 0)ndudèd in the near future.

Spacial collections have been carried out by various t￿)mmunItieS and organisations induding the
Little Chatfont communty and many sd)ooJ5 and thurches.
We continue lo have a nefvKJrk of Fcod Champions in ts Amersh8m area who cc4lert donations
from their neighbours, chur(*88 and W0￿p1ace, and bn.ng them to the Fofxjbank. A benefrt of this is
that people who purthase online groceries and no kJnger vi$it a supem*rket. 8re 8ti118ble to donate
lo the Foodbank. Food Champions collected 183 kg throughout the year. The Trustees are grnteful to
all the Foo<1 ChampSon& and to Susan Bosher, th￿r volunteer team Wer who pioneered this
seh*m•.
We also utilise an opp Calkd B8nk the For￿1. plngs whèn people with the app enter on8 of our
food collathn points and lets them know what the Foodbank cuffonty natds. Donations via thls
route are very low, but it is a means for vtho wish to engage by app lo do so.

The taTg8t range for unre51ricted general fund reserves is based on 8 risk-based approach. When
assessed this equated lo a minimum fiJThJ balan¢x at the end of 2024r25 of tetsyeen £110.ofxJ and
£145,000, which represents approximatè￿ 9 to 12 months of planned unrestrirted expenditure.
The Trustees havè ￿nS￿leTed the level of General Funds, induding designated funds for hardship
and dilaprdations. held at the end of Ihe finanoal year. The level of Ihese funds is £589,601, which is
£4t44,601 in excess ofthe lop of r8sarvo8 target range. This has arisen due to the generosty of
donors and grant maker5 and vrithout any skwjfic effort being pul into fvndraising in the ￿￿Ou$
years.
The Tnjstees have ujntinued lo albcate a Designated Fund of£350.C4)O to support the delivery ofthe
Strategy. In additton, there are Designatgj ReseNes for Dilapidations and for the Hardship Fund.
Dtjring the year the Trustees set aside oui of Gèneral Reserve Funds an amount of £2,000 to the
Dilapidations Reserve. The re5u￿.ng balan￿% at Ihe year*nd were £12.000 and £2.529 respectively.

distribution centres at Preslwood and Chaifont St Peter. However, annual mileage 18 Jow and

Trustees have developed a fijll finanoal controls policy agreed in March 2025. Subsequent lo

options to mitigate our weaknesses and build on our strengths and opportunities. As a wur( of
