**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY:1) DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL2) ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.

**Activities:** We are a charity run by volunteers, with no personal financial gain. We work alongside Newbold Verdon Primary School, running events like school discos,  cake sales,  summer fairs, mothers/fathers day and Christmas shops for the school children. All money raised is spent on the children, contributing toward school trips, hiring a planetarium and a number of other benefits for the children
