Recruiting and Appointing Trustee5
All our trustees are volunteer. chosen bÈ¢ause they all have the diverse ran8e of skllls, knowledge and
experience thatwe need to respond tothe challenges of today. Stakeholders and partners may nominate
trustees and sometimes we will make a personal approach to potential candidates.

The annual report and financial statements are prepared accordingto the relevant law and approved by the
twstees.
The trustees keep adeouate accountin8 records and they Show and explain ourtr3nsactions. The records also
dlsclose our flnancial p¢sltion wtth reasonable accuracy at any time and enable trustees to ensu￿ that the
fbnancial statements comply with Charity Commission Statemeftt of Recommended Practice ISORPI 2015.
Gram Maklng Polltles
We provide £rants to projects if the request meets our charitable objective5 and criteria. Project grant maknr
is managed accordirtg to a dÈsEBftated process. which is documented in our Operational Risk-management
Framework. We aim to treat 3118rant applications professionèllyi equally and fairty. We make the final dectsion
as to eligibility to receive a grant. at our discretion.
