During 2022 - 2023 we have managed to get back on our feèt after covid
and increase our overall membership by 700 new families. We have
continued to offer one to one support and advi￿ for families and our
family support volunteers have undergone extensrve training.

Achievements and performance
We have links with local organisations which give us the ability to
signpost families to other services in the area offering even more diverse
range of support for our families.
We are currently running 3 groups pèr we8k plus we deliver training
courses vthich offer invaluable advi￿ for our fafflilies. We have this year
been supported by Zapff creats'ons who have supplied us free of charge
wrth loads of gifts enabling us to help families by donating toys to them.
In addttion, this local charity Miles for Smiles have helped us enormously
by transfoming onè of our unus8d washrooms into a fantastic changing
rooms bathroom helping us to maintain the dignty of children Mth
ontinence needs during their visit and giving them a safe and clean
environm8nt.
This year has been one of greatjoy for us seeing the centre going from
strength to strength and everyone getting back on their feet after covid.

Over the next years our plans are to become sustainable via
donations at the centre. Our long term plan is not to be reliant on grant
funding which is getting increasingly hard to get as there are so many
new and wonderful charities emerging after covbj.
