**Objects:** TO PROVIDE EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN IN IMPOVERISHED AREAS OF THE WORLD WHO WOULD OTHERWISE RECEIVE NO SCHOOLING; TO ENABLE THIS BY PROVIDING FUNDS TO CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS IN THOSE AREAS, TO BUILD AND EQUIP SCHOOLS, AND, WHERE NECESSARY, TO MEET PART OR ALL OF THE RUNNING COSTS OF THOSE SCHOOLS; AND, IN SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO COMMUNITIES WITHIN WHICH THESE SCHOOLS ARE LOCATED, WHERE SUCH ASSISTANCE IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENABLING THE CONTINUING EDUCATION OF THE CHILDREN.
