**Objects:** (1) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND PRESERVATION OF HEALTH BY:(A) EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ON THE SUBJECT OF MENINGITIS AND RAISE AWARENESS OF THE DISEASE, BY INFORMING THE PUBLIC OF SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS TO BE AWARE OF AND PROVIDING INFORMATION ON VACCINATION.(B) ADVANCING MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE OF AND RESEARCH INTO THE FIELD OF MENINGITIS BY PROVIDING DONATIONS TO EXISTING MEMINGITIS CHARITIES.

**Activities:** The Edward Dee Fund  raises awareness of meningitis and sepsis, and educates the public  of signs and symptoms to be aware of; we support advancement of medical knowledge and research into meningitis and sepsis through donations to existing meningitis charitys' medical research programmes. We also look to provide funding for, and undertake, local community projects whilst also raising awareness.
