Commissioning and publishing of new compositions 2. Performing and touring high quality artistic work 3. The development of partnerships between chamber music and other art forms 4. Development of new audiences for the art form 5. Support to develop new/emerging talent within chamber music. ## **Achievements and Performance** Due to Covid19, fundraising and discussions for future projects have been the main activities. ## **Financial Review** An account has been set up with the Co-Operative bank and is yet to be used. To date, both income and expenditure is 0. ## **Structure, Governance and Management** Cosmic Music is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) with a constituted governing document. The affairs of the charity are managed by the trustees. Apart from the first charity trustees, every trustee must be appointed for a term of three years by a resolution passed at a properly convened meeting of the charity trustees. ## **Trustees Managing the Charity** The current trustees for Cosmic Music are; Bryony Brimble (Chair) re-elected June 2021 Kevin Price appointed 7[th] March 2019 Nick Whiting appointed 26[th] October 2021 Cosmic Music Trustees: Bryony Harris (Chair), Kevin Price and Nick Whiting ## **Declarations** The trustees declare that they have approved the trustees’ report above.
