## **Trustee Annual Report (TAR)** 

**1[st] January 2022 – 31[st] December 2022** 

Our team has remained resilient and continued to successfully respond to 999 calls on behalf of West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. We have also managed to slightly increase our reserve funds over 2022, which adds stability to the charity. We have also started building links with other local organizations (commercial and non-commercial) to increase awareness of our service and open other funding streams. 

We have set an ambitious income target of £9,000 for 2023. 

As planned, last year, a boost in recruiting new responders has been undertaken with trainees being trained by WMAS within the next few months. Our target for 2023 is to double our 999 responses in Coventry & Warwickshire. 

We still have an ambition of acquiring a new response car to help provide comprehensive cover for Coventry and Warwickshire. We have started discussions and plan to have a solution within the first half of 2023. 

We are developing strategies to upgrade our service to be able to offer event medical cover to local community events and hope to conduct our first in the first 6 months of 2023. These events will help us to acquire funds to support the charity.
