Responsibilities and basls of report As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for Ihe preparatiors of the accounts in accordance with the requiremenls of the Charities Act 2011 1"Ihe Acl'l. I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried oul under section 145 of the 2011 Acl and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the appllcable Dlrections given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the Act. Independent examlnerfs statement I have completed my examination. I can confirm that no material matters have come lo my attenhon in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in ar¢y material respect: accountiry records were not kepl in accordance with ssclion 13D of the Act., or the accounts did not accord with the accounting records. I have no concems and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order lo enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
