The charity ha over 130 famillies who are members of the charity **Summary of the main** We have a closed Facebook page with over 80 members **achievements of the charity during the year** Each week we run our 10-17 group- 3-6 attendees Each week we run our over 18 group -6-15 attendees Every 2 months we run our parents group- 6-12 attendees.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of SKY Autlsm Support Malvern (the Trust) for
the year ended 31 October 2021.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity Iruslees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 I'the Acl"}.
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act
and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity
Commission under section 145{5llbl of the Act.
Independent examinerfs statement
I have Completed my examination. I can confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination giving me cause lo believe that in any material respect..
accounbng records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act., or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting ￿CordS.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination
lo which attention should be drawn in this report in order lo enable a proper Ljnderstanding of
