cornmitted lo empowefmenl of women and chlldr8n fomi disadvantaged backgrounds Ihrovgh
educat￿n, enlrepreneurlal and voc8llonal skllls, rehabilllalion and life ski116. WIA prirnarily fund projects
that holp ban8ficiaries acquire or upgrade skills lor incoma g&ner8llon. However, IMA lakes a hollst
approach of a community and rnay therefore fund projects that are by-products of Ils mission, lor
8xampSB he8llhcaie, debt management, child nutrrtion. maals for the hom81e8S 8nd facllilation ol mlcro
fin8nce ￿h￿Me6. WIA 8180 provides financial aid in areas of natural disaster8 and gm8rgenclè8.

year. Th15 was due to the charity making large donations Irtsm th& surplus 98neraled from the previous
year Bs well as paying in advance some cost8 In relation lo the 2024 ball.

biennially. The Trustees consider that maintaining reserves al this levgl will ensur8 that, in the ovant of
significant drop In funding, they will be at4e lo continue Ihe Charily's ourrent acUvilie8 whlle
consideratoon is ghen lo ways in whlch additional funds may be raised.

I report in respect of my examination of the Tru$l'$ accounts carried out
under Section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 14515llbl of the Act.
